Shipping & Handling:

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing on items that are not pre-order. All shipping will be made through USPS. Please note that during holidays and sales, processing and delivery times may be extended. Pre-orders will have a processing time of 2 weeks.

Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Items:

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, the responsibility of the package arriving to you is USPS. If your package fails to update and is never delivered, or has updated as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office immediately as sometimes errors are made and the package may still be available for pickup or delivery. Undeliverable packages are most commonly due to an address error made during checkout and it will be returned back to us.

We will not honor refunds for packages lost or stolen by USPS. You must contact your local post office for a solution.

About My Order:

Can I make adjustments to my order after it’s been placed?

Email us ASAP at info@wearheybby.com​ for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at ​info@wearheybby.com ASAP. We can only cancel an order if it has not been processed through our fulfillment  center.

How can I edit my shipping address?

We can only edit shipping addresses for small spelling and grammatical errors but can’t change the address completely. We can cancel your order if you entered the wrong address just contact us ​at ​info@wearheybby.com ​Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item. Please double check your address before placing your order.

Sizing:

We do our absolute best to be size inclusive and feature sizes XS-2XL. Regarding footwear, sizes 6-11 in women’s shoes are available.
